LyricForge is an AI-powered lyric writing and remixing platform that allows users to generate song lyrics, create short-form lyric videos, and manage creative music projects. The service is provided on a credit-based model with optional subscription tiers.

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use LyricForge. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current. Accounts are for individual use only — sharing accounts is prohibited.

LyricForge operates on a dual-credit model consisting of monthly plan credits and bonus credits. The following policies apply:

• Monthly credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle based on your subscription tier and expire at the end of that cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
• Bonus credits are awarded through one-time credit pack purchases, referral program payouts, and promotional events. Bonus credits never expire and are consumed after monthly credits are depleted.
• Signup bonus: New users receive 100 bonus credits upon their first login. This is a one-time award per account.
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

LyricForge offers a tiered referral program that rewards users for inviting new members who become paying customers. The following rules govern the referral program:

• Eligibility: Referral credits are awarded only when a referred user purchases a paid subscription plan. Mere account creation by a referred user does not trigger a payout.
• Referral cap: Each account may earn referral credits for a maximum of 25 converted referrals. No additional referral credits are awarded beyond this cap.
• Tiered payouts: The credit reward per converted referral escalates every 5 conversions as follows:

• Referral credits are bonus credits and never expire once awarded.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system will result in immediate forfeiture of all referral credits and may lead to account suspension.
• LyricForge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize LyricForge to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Subscription payments may be eligible for a prorated refund within 48 hours of the billing date if no credits have been consumed in the current cycle — contact support to request a review.

LyricForge provides tools to generate creative content. You are solely responsible for the lyrics, videos, and other content you create or publish. You agree not to use LyricForge to generate content that:

• Incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Contains explicit sexual content involving minors.
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or defamation.
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law.

LyricForge reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of the lyrics and creative content you generate using LyricForge. The AI-generated outputs are provided to you under a perpetual, royalty-free license for any commercial or non-commercial use. By using the platform, you grant LyricForge a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The LyricForge platform, including its design, software, and underlying AI models, is the exclusive property of LyricForge and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

We strive to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions. Credits will not be refunded for failed generation attempts caused by temporary service outages, though we may issue courtesy credits at our discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your credits (both monthly and bonus) are forfeited and cannot be transferred. You may export your generated content within 30 days of account closure before it is permanently deleted.

LyricForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LyricForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

LyricForge may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
